These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of AirScroll ("the Software") and our website at airscroll.net ("Website"). By downloading or using AirScroll, you agree to these Terms.

1. License

AirScroll is licensed, not sold. By purchasing a license, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software on your personal Mac device according to your selected subscription plan.

2. Free Trial

AirScroll offers a 21-day free trial with full functionality. After the trial, a valid subscription is required to continue using the Software without interruptions.

3. Subscription & Payments

• Payments are processed securely by Solidgate.
• Subscriptions renew automatically every year unless cancelled.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time, but access continues until the end of the paid period.
• No refunds are provided for partial or unused subscription periods.

4. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute the Software
• Share or resell your license key
• Use the Software for any unlawful purpose

5. Software Updates

We may provide updates and improvements to the Software. Some updates may be required to continue using AirScroll.

6. Disclaimer

AirScroll is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any system issues, data loss, or hardware damage resulting from use of the Software.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of productivity or data.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Software at any time.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ukraine.
