This Refund Policy describes the terms under which refunds may be issued for purchases of AirScroll made through our website (airscroll.net).
Payments for AirScroll are processed by Paddle.com (paddle.com), which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. Paddle is responsible for processing payments and handling eligible refund requests in accordance with their policies.
1. Annual Subscription
Annual subscriptions renew automatically each year. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at support@airscroll.net. Upon cancellation, access to AirScroll continues until the end of the current paid billing period.
Refunds for unused portions of an annual subscription period are not provided as a matter of course. However, if you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.
2. Lifetime License
Lifetime licenses are one-time purchases that grant permanent access to AirScroll. Due to the nature of this purchase, refunds are generally not available after the license has been activated.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using AirScroll and we are unable to resolve it, please contact us and we will review your case.
3. Free Trial
AirScroll offers a free trial period. We encourage you to evaluate the software fully before making a purchase. No payment is required during the trial.
